Intricon is short for intricate construction, and that is how we build. Waterfront homes, period renovations, duplexes and townhouses: since 2008, every one has been finished to the same standard, right down to the last detail.
Intricon Pty Ltd is a licensed NSW builder, founded by Tony Lahoud in 2008. We build new homes, renovations and multi-dwelling developments across Sydney.
You deal directly with Tony, from the first site visit to the day you get the keys. That means one person who knows your project, answers your questions, and is accountable for the result.

Building is a big commitment, so we keep the process clear: a detailed quote, a written contract, and one person to call from the first site visit to handover.
We meet on site, go through your plans and budget, and prepare a detailed, itemised quote. If something in the drawings will be costly or difficult to build, we tell you now, while it is still easy to change.
You receive a written contract and home warranty insurance, as NSW law requires. We work with your architect, engineer and certifier, and help you finalise finishes and fittings before work starts, so the schedule holds.
Tony oversees the work from slab to fit-out, and you can call him at any stage. You always know where your build is up to and what comes next.
We walk through the finished home with you, fix anything that isn't right, then hand over the keys with your certificates and warranty paperwork. Your home is covered by the statutory warranties under NSW law, and if anything comes up after you move in, you call Tony.
